So, 2011 has come and gone, and there still is no Charlie Bone movie! Maybe we should just give up now...

The reason why the blog post is titled like this is because there was no Charlie Bone movie being released in 2011 at all. The trailer on YouTube is a complete fake and I think that anyone who says something is going to happen and it never does is a fraud and must be dealt with accordingly.

Going along with that, I will be having other (fake) guests post their opinions about Charlie Bone and why it deserves a movie. But the movie will never happen, not as long as people continue to compare it to Harry Potter.

And by the way, Harry Potter is so over, so shut up and let your interest in that fandom fade away.

Strange Things Happen at Bone Academy Chapter 1

Charlie Bone woke up back in his room. It had been at least several hours since the showdown with Harry Potter, and because of that, Manfred had lost his father and grandfather.

The other boy was in his room, still asleep, or sulking, as Charlie had seen him do the last few hours. Charlie didn't blame him much.

He jumped out of bed and ran straight down to the ktchen. Everyone else was dwn there; the excitement over Lyell Bone's return had yet to die down. Charlie was a bit surprised when Maisie shoved a plate piled high with food at him.

"You must be hungry after everything that has happened last night," said Maisie. Charlie nodded. "And when that boy tried to attack you..."

Paton said, "I don't think he wants to talk about that right now, don't you, Charlie?"

Charlie said, "What's to talk about? That kid is evil. There's no doubt in my mind that he must be stopped. End of story."

"But what about that strange girl?" said Amy. "That girl who showed up?"

Charlie said, "I'm not sure if we should trust her or not. After all, she *did* hang out with Harry and all..."

"Being careful is not in your vocabulary," said Maisie, "but this is a first. You would mistrust someone you barely know?"

Charlie said, "I'm sure she'll find a way to get back at me for what I did to him."

Paton frowned. "I thought that we were supposed to lure her away from her friends," he said.

"We did," said Charlie. "Or rather, Tancred and Lysander did. But now that it's all over, I think she'll turn on us and try to destroy us for kidnapping her."

Griselda walked into the room, saying, "Tell me this isn't true. Is Charlie losing his nerve?"

"I still have my nerve, thank you very much," Charlie shot back.

"I'm not convinced," said Griselda as she stared at him. Charlie said, "I do know of what happened last night; no need to convince me otherwise. But still..."

"We'll cross that bridge when we reach it," said Paton. They all looked up and saw Manfred Bloor staring at them. He had a mean look on his face. There was no need to talk to him at all.

Without a word, he plopped down in a chair and began eating. Charlie had over 100 things to say to him, but how does one go about giving out condolences to someone that they didn't like? Especially since it concerned said person's father?

Charlie stood up, made his excuses to everyone, and rushed upstairs. something told him that he should not be down here right now.

Jason Rutherford was on his way to Darkly Wynd. He had an appointment to keep. It this meeting succeeded, then he could go on with his plan. But there were two complications: one, would his children appreciate this new plan, and #2, what was he going to do about a certain young girl who suddenly showed up at his apartment last night?

Eustacia noticed him and said to him, "You're just in time, Jason. We were getting worried that you might not show up at all. Vennie is most excited."

"I'm sure she is," said Jason. "After all, not just anyone is allowed to marry into the Yewbeam family."

"Indeed," said Lucretia. "Anyway, about the girl..."

"You know about her?" said Jason.

"We all do," said Venetia. "After all, she had been spellbound for several years. How old is she now? 11? 12?"

"14," said Jason even though the mystery girl was about 13 years old. "We don't know what to do with her."

"I think she should be sent to us," said Lucretia. "If she is endowed, then we would be on hand to help guide her. No endowed child is allowed to run around in the city unchecked."

"I see," said Jason. "But there is the matter of your sister, Griselda. She does not accept me."

"She will, once she has knowledge of the boy," said Venetia as she leered at him. "You have my word."

"Indeed," said Eustacia. "But now there's the manner of the school. The Bloors are no longer in charge, and Manfred is only 19. I figure that we take over."

"A great idea," said Jason. "You know, due to recent events, we're going to have to keep a close eye on those endowed students. There's no teling of what they might do."

Lucretia smiled. Even though she wasn't keep on the idea of this young man marrying her sister, he did share a lot of their views. There was a sister to find and a school to run. She had plans for the school.

And there might be one Charlie Bone who could easily undo all those plans.

Well, I did review the new book written by Jenny Nimmo, and well, this review can speak for itself:

In the beginning (way before Midnight for Charlie Bone), there was a boy who came to our world. His destiny was to find a place where he could grow up safely.

Well, the book was enjoyable enough, but not what I was expecting it to be. I do kind of miss Charlie Bone though.

The book was called The Secret Kingdom. I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars on Goodreads. I do kind of wish she had continued with the Charlie Bone series.

Charlie Bone Movie to be filming next year

Stewart Kuhn, the director of "The Vampires Resurrected", "Sensation Circus", and "Stacy Galaxy" (all which flopped in theaters in the 1990's) has decided to tackle on a near-impossible project, namely the project of filming a film adaptation of the Children of the Red King books.

The Children of the Red King series, despite being on the New York Times bestseller list for years, has been accused of being a Harry Potter lookalike. As a result, the books were banned from most libraries all over the U.S. Children everywhere were told to read Harry Potter and no other book. Stewart has decided that he would take on the task of bringing Charlie Bone's story onto the big screen, starting with Midnight for Charlie Bone.

The movie release has been planned for December 23, 2012.

The Charlie Bone website has shut down, the movie has apparently been ccanceled, and it looks like there will be no way that Charlie Bone will be able to surpass Harry Potter at all.

Well, we can't let that happen, or can we?

So that's why it's up to us to keep this fandom alive. I have built up the Charlie Bone website and I've now started up a Charlie Bone blog on Tumblr, aptly called Charlie Bone Will Be Big. We fans need to keep Charlie Bone alive and beg Hollywood to make the movie of Charlie Bone.

And we all believe that Charlie Bone should have been the phenomenon, not Harry Potter.

I must admit that I haven't been doing a very good job keeping up with this blog since I opened up a Charlie Bone themed Tumblr blog. Plus, I've been busy reading that new Charlie Bone book, which really isn't about Charlie Bone at all, just the Red King.

After the events of "Charlie Bone & the Red Knight", Charlie Bone and his friends are just settling back down in the revamped Bone's Academy. Now that the Shadow has been defeated and the bad endowed banned from the city, Charlie thinks he can now relax.

Not so fast.

There is still Manfred Bloor for him to deal with, plus there are also the return of several characters as well. Not to mention the arrival of 3 new students named Victoria O'Neil, Katelyn Gwen McKnight, and Claude Foster, who might or might not be endowed.

And there is a haunting legacy for Charlie to contend with.This fanfiction is a planned trilogy that follows Charlie Bone as he begins the hard process of growing up and finding himself as well as uncover some family secrets that should have remained secret.

Tell Me a Story: The Return of Monty Bone

Charlie Bone and Billy Raven were on their way home from Bloor's Academy. As far as they knew, Charlie's grandmother, Grizelda Yewbeam, had once been married to a man named Montgomery Bone. But Monty was killed in a plane crash when their son, Lyell, was just 2 years old.

Well, that was many years ago.

But this time, Charlie was about to get a very nasty surprise.

When they got home, Charlie gasped as he saw an old man sitting in his grandmother's usual rocking chair. "Hey, who are you and what have you done with my grandmother?" he yelled.

The old man said, "My name is Montgomery Bone and I am your grandfather."

Charlie laughed at him, saying, "I don't have a grandfather. My grandfather died years before I was born."

Grizelda overheard them and said, "Monty, what are you doing here?"

"I decided to come back to you, my dear," said Monty.

Grizelda snapped and said, "You've got some serious nerve coming back to me after all you put me through."

"Like what?" Monty said.

"You left me to raise Lyell all by myself," said Griselda. "He had to grow up not knowing what happened to his father! What kind of man just up and leaves his son behind?"

Amy walked in overhearing the conversation. "What's going on here?" she asked.

"Amy," siad Grizelda. "This man has left Lyell behind when he was just 2 years old. This man was reported dead, until he chose to show up here."

"Oh," said Amy.

Maisie then added, "And then Lyell went off to go look for you after finding out what happened to you and he just..."

"Disappeared," said Grizelda.

"So where is my son now?" Monty asked.

"I don't know!" Grizelda snapped. "If you had been a better father, then maybe Lyell wouldn't have disappeared trying to look for you. I had to help raise his son! What kind of man are you?"

And as husband and wife argued, Charlie said to Billy, "Let's get out of here. This place is too weird right now."

They went to Ingledew's Bookshop, where Charlie explained everything to Paton. Paton said, "Oh, so that no-good brother-in-law of mine decided to return, eh? Why couldn't he be more like Archie? That is a good man with his head on his shoulders and a much better father to his children."

"I see," said Billy.

"So will you confront him?" Charlie said.

"You bet!" said Paton. "And then we'll find Lyell and tell him the truth about his father."

Needless to say, the entire Yewbeam family got into a fight with Montgomery Bone. Charlie and Billy stared at each other, realizing that this was not going to end well.

And when they found Lyell, things were going to get worse...

Unfortunately, there's no Charlie Bone movie, but there is a new book by Jenny Nimmo which deals with Charlie Bone's ancestor, the Red King. The title of this book is called The Chronicles of the Red King, and it is part of a planned trilogy about the Red King and his 10 children.

Well, it's the month of April and Script Frenzy is happening.

Script Frenzy is a month-long contest in which you try to write a screenplay in less than 30 days and it has to be over 100 pages in order for you to win.

Seeing as I didn't come up with a good idea for a script in time, I decided to write a script for "Midnight for Charlie Bone", which will be a feature film.

Charlie Bone has been shown to be the ignored second cousin of Harry Potter; in fact, many people have claimed that Charlie Bone is a blatant ripoff of Harry Potter. I, however, don't agree with them and I know that Charlie Bone is a dynamic story which is easier to follow than Harry Potter.

And now for the Top Ten Under-appreciated Things about Charlie Bone:

The books have an actual story that is easy to understand.
The main character (Charlie Bone) is not an orphan.
Charlie is not famous for defeating an evil wizard at a young age.
Charlie is not afraid to stand up for what is good and right, even if it means he must face his cruel relatives.
Charlie relies on his street smarts more than just his powers to save the day.
Charlie doesn't have to deal with young fangirls stalking him.
When it comes to villains, Charlie can stand up to his family, who do nothing more than cause trouble for everyone!
Charlie has more than two friends.
The Charlie Bone books haven't been around much to spawn pathetic ripoffs.
And at the end of the story, Charlie finds his father.

Now that I have made my point, I say it's time for us to let go of the Harry Potter series and embrace the Children of the Red King series.

Charlie Bone VS Harry Potter

It's the classic battle for the ages, in which Charlie Bone is pitted against Harry Potter.

Want my opinion?

I will say that Charlie Bone is written in a way that kids can understand and it's very consistent throughout the series, unlike, Harry Potter, which appears to get worse as the books drag on and on...

And we have the classic "my wizard can kick your wizard's butt theme to worry about...

Charlie: attends Bloor's
Harry: attends Hogwarts

Charlie & Harry both live with disagreeable relatives

Charlie's father, Lyell, disappeared when he was 2 years old
Harry's parents James and Lily were killed by Lord Voldemort when Harry was a baby.

Charlie & Harry are both part of some prophecy.

Charlie's friends are other endowed people while Harry's friends are wizards.

Charlie's uncle Paton sides with him, and Harry can't get any of his relatives to see the light of anything.

Charlie, unfortunately, hasn't had a girlfriend yet; Ginny has been after Harry for several years now.

Charlie is Manfred's distant cousin; he'd be envying Harry, who (THANK GOODNESS!) isn't related to the Dark Lord at all.

Harry lives in the wizarding world while Charlie lives in an ordinary world.

Charlie was supposed to have a 5-book series (but the author changed it to 8 due to their popularity); but Harry has already ended his 7-book run on a high note, or did it?

Hmmm...

And another thing:

Harry is simply a wizard and as far as things go, he goes to a wizard school and live sin the wizarding world. Charlie, however, has only one strange endowment and goes to a school that takes in endowed children and the school is located in a strange city with a mysterious history...
Most of Charlie's relatives are magic and downright evil. Harry's relatives despise anything magic.
Harry's best friends are Ron and Hermione, but Charlie's friends are Lysander, Tancred, Gabriel, Emma, Olivia and sometimes Billy.
Harry end up marrying his best friend's sister (BIG MISTAKE!). I can't say the same for Charlie.
Harry is in no way related to Lord Voldemort at all and Charlie is related to his arch-nemesis, Manfred Bloor.
Well, Harry's story is more of knights in wizarding robes and Charlie is more of a superhero than a wizard.
Harry had spent several years of his life being chased after by Ron's sister Ginny and Charlie doesn't have a girlfriend. None of the kids in Charlie Bone are dating; they're between the ages of 12-14!
Charlie's father vanished off the face of the earth when he was just 2 years old, and Harry can only wish the same thing had happened to him.
Charlie has 8 books to his name while Harry recently ended his 7-book run.

You may find yourself being tempted to compare Charlie Bone to Harry Potter. PLEASE don't; Charlie Bone and Harry Potter are NOT the same thing!!

Well, the news is out that they're trying to turn Charlie, Fidelio, and Olivia into a poor rendition of Harry, Ron, and Hermione. We all know that's not true. We need to stop them in their tracks and help Charlie and his friends take back themselves!

And now for the article:

In a time where people are searching for a possible replacement for Harry Potter, there came a book that was all but ignored by most people. Which is widely known as the Children of the Red King series.

And in the series are three characters known as Charlie Bone, Fidelio Gunn, and Olivia Vertigo.

Since 2002, when the book "Midnight for Charlie Bone" came out, these three children were hailed by many readers as the new Harry, Ron, and Hermione. But there are some who are not impressed with this claim.

"It's ridiculous," said Dr. Bloor, headmaster of Bloor's Academy, where Charlie, Fidelio, and Olivia attend. "The notion that those children could replace three pathetic hacks makes me sick to my stomach."

Another resident said, "Charlie, Fidelio, and Olivia are in a class by themselves; they can't compare to the Golden Trio at all."

But the strongest critic of this new trio comes from anti-Harry Potter activist Deena Aldridge, who says, "This has got to be he most absurd thing ever. Calling Charlie, Fidelio, and Olivia the new Harry, Ron, and Hermione has got to be the most insulting thing I have ever heard of in all my years crusading against Harry Potter. The person who dare to compare three sweet children to those pathetic teenaged brats ought to be taken into a dark corner and taught a lesson."

Will the comparisons between the Harry Potter books and the Charlie Bone books end here? At this time, Charlie, Fidelio, and Olivia have yet to reply to these crazy claims.

Another Year, and Still No Charlie Bone Movie! (A Belated New Years Day Post)

As we enter the year 2011, we have to take a moment and realize what's really important.

There is no Charlie Bone movie.

And I'm tired of all of this crap about Harry Potter being better than Charlie Bone because face it, Harry Potter is nothing more than a load of crap that never should have gotten all the hype that it did and I'm fairly certain that J. K. Rowling was off her game when she came up with that godawful "crapilogue" and especially who she paired Harry with.

But enough about that; it's Charlie Bone we should be focusing on right now, since this is a Charlie Bone themed blog and we must only talk about Charlie Bone on this blog.

And this year, I will be writing a fan script of Midnight for Charlie Bone on Scripted for Script Frenzy in April and then make sure that more Charlie bone fan fiction is written and published on FanFiction.Net because face it, people, we need more Charlie Bone and less Harry Potter.

That's all I have to say on this matter; let the Charlie Bone fanfiction begin!

Aaaaahhhh! My Hand!

You may think after all the fighting between Charlie Bone and the Yewbeams and Bloors that they could all just simply go on vacation. but that's not the case, for when they go on vacation, the chaos begins!

First, Ezekiel ditches everyone and heads to New York. Then Manfred finds a monkey's paw and everyone fights over it, making all sorts of crazy wishes that have bizarre consequences.

Just as things couldn't get any worse, Charlie gets the paw and wishes that everyone would just get along. He gets his wish, but everyone is miserable. Charlie must now unwish everyone's wishes or they're all doomed!

Charlie finds this out the hard way when strange things begin happening to him and his friends at Bloor's. It turns out that some author has gotten their hands on a keyboard and has been writing down their life stories for the past 3 years now. And not all the things that were written about them are good.

And as Charlie tries to stop this crazy writer, he also must deal with a crazy Ezekiel, an emo Manfred, and his own family troubles. And the antics of his friends complete this insane story.

Charlie Bone & the Revenge of the Sorcerer

Lyell Bone returns and gets revenge against the Bloors and Yewbeams.

After "Charlie Bone & The Hidden King", Lyell finds out about the Bloors' alliance with the Shadow and he plots revenge; it turns out that he is a powerful sorcerer. Also, he finds out about what had happened with Charlie and takes him out of Bloor's and eventually removing his entire family out of the city.

They settle in the little town of Stronghaven, Scotland, where Charlie befriends Heather Homam, Irwin Walters, and Taylor Bauer and attends a new school. But his old friends want him back and Olivia feels threatened by non-endowed (and normal) Heather. So they plot to get Charlie back to Bloor's.

Meanwhile, the Shadow is plotting his revenge against Charlie and his friends for his defeat and wants to terrorize the city. The Bloor family falls apart when Manfred suddenly runs away. And the antics of other various characters is just the icing on the cake.

Can Charlie make the right choices? Will Lyell decide to take down the Shadow? And when will Ezekiel STOP wearing fuzzy pink pajamas? You'll find out when you read this story.

Charlie Bone & the Mysterious Students

Here’s the thing: two years before “Harry Potter & the Children of the Red King”, Bloors takes in 5 mysterious students. Charlie Bone and Emma Tolly are placed in charge of 12-year-old Robbie, 10-year-old Louise, 6-year-old twins Felix and David, and 3-year-old Molly Lee. They were recently orphaned when a fire burned down their home and killed their parents, Hugh and Mara Lee.

Speaking of danger, Robbie has been coerced into a deal with a mysterious person and if he discusses his past with anyone, bad things would happen. But that doesn’t stop anyone from questioning him about his family. Even Manfred Bloor can see through Robbie's lies. Louise, however, is determined to save her brother and reveal the truth about their past.

Charlie has an encounter with M. Du Bois, who is the Lees’ guardian, and he is captured and held prisoner in a dark castle. Emma witnesses the capture and alerts the others. Instead of Charlie rescuing someone, someone else has to rescue Charlie.

The next year, Dr. Bloor’s friends the McGuires take the Lees in. But this time, Robbie doesn’t trust them or their adopted daughter, Angelica. Upon their return to Bloor’s, the other children don’t like them because of what had happened to Charlie Bone. Charlie, Emma, and their friends try to protect Robbie and his siblings from the taunts as often as they can, but even then Robbie must reveal the truth about who he really is and why he is at Bloors.

And as the summer begins, things seem to get more dangerous for the children and with the arrival of a mysterious boy with a lightning bolt shaped scar on his head, the Lees and Charlie's lives are going to be changed forever…

Harry Potter & the Children of the Red King 2

The sequel to the first story, which now has Harry being adopted by the Bloors and the war against Lord Voldemort gets worse.

Harry has now established himself in Bloor's. He and Sirius are hiding out while Harry maintains his status as a Bloor's student. Ernest is also there, and he makes his feelings for Harry known.

With an adoption, Harry is now free to live his life as normally as he can. Except for a vengeful Emily McGuire and Angelica, both of whom may want him dead for various reasons. Also, the Children of the Red King must deal with more students arriving at Bloor's, some who have endowments that are quite dangerous and an emeny bent on destroying the Evans family.

In the wizarding world, however, things are going haywire since Harry Potter was reported dead and the Dark Lord attacks and destroys Wizarding England. Jacquel is forced to flee as a plot against her life is discovered. The Order of the Phoenix suffers a huge blow when Dumbledore's old crimes surface.

With new powers, new friends and a possible new love, Harry goes to take on the magical world of Charlie Bone!

Of Bones & Campbells (A Charlie Bone Fanfiction Story)

in which very distant American cousins of Charlie Bone show up and Charlie must solve a mystery regarding them.

Between "Castle of Mirrors" and "The Hidden King", Charlie Bone is 11 years old and things are just settling down in Bloor's when 5 orphaned young American cousins come to visit him. Cara, Chandra, Carissa Ann, Christina, Crystal, and Conrad Campbell are the children of Clay and Ophelia (Bowman) Campbell; Ophelia is related to Yorath Bloor through her mother, Velma, who is Yorath's niece.

Charlie suspects something is up when it is revealed that Christina, Crystal, and Conrad are endowed. Things heat up when Elise, Alina, and Owen Jones come to visit, and Alina has an endowment. And when the Campbells and Jones plot to lure Charlie back to America, Charlie's friends must work together to save Charlie and expose the Campbell orphans for who they really are!

Charlie Bone in the "Hello Kitty" Incident

Manfred Bloor had a huge "Hello Kitty" collection. In fact, his whole room was stacked with "Hello Kitty" stuff from top to bottom.

But no one knew that.

Until one day, Ezekiel wheeled himself into Manfred's room looking for a marble that had gone missing. He laughed when he saw Manfred's "Hello Kitty" collection. He spent hours in Manfred's playing with all his stuffed animals and playing cards and reading Manfred's magazines.

Manfred saw his grandfather in his room and shooed him out. But Ezekiel was already planning to expose Manfred for the weird kid he was.

So that's what led to that rather infamous incident in "The Old Traditional Story":

(boring music. everyone is at Bloor's)

Dr. Bloor: Hello, and welcome to Bloor's Academy of Fine Arts. (applause) And here, I expect you to conduct yourselves as becoming of a fine arts student...

Manfred: BORING!

Ezekiel: Shut up, Manfred!

Manfred: Why don't YOU?

Dr. Bloor: That's enough, you two! And now, we will have the singing portion of our show. (Charlie and Billy walk to the stage and begin to sing)

Charlie & Billy: Oh I went down south just to get away from it all but somehow they whisked us away to the ball, we met pretty girls, but wizards carried us away, and they wouldn't let us go! (applause)

Ezekiel: Me next! Me next! I wanna sing "The Spell of Love"!

Manfred: You nicked that from Potter Puppet Pals, didn't you?

Ezekiel: Shut up, Manfred! I will sing! (music starts) Without the spell of love, the world would fall apart! You don't need a wand when you have magic in your heart! All your other organs are useless pieces of flab, my friend, when compared to the spell of love! With love you can sing of the joy that it can bring, with love you can fly on a rainbow in the sky, with love you can dance without any pants on...(Ezekiel pulls his clothes off and is wearing Hello Kitty pajamas. record comes to a screeching halt. kids scream)

Manfred: Ugh! Grandpa, those are my Hello Kitty pajamas! Grrrrr!

Boneless at Hogwarts

My 1st non-HP centered fanfiction story, but Harry is in it. Charlie Bone is sent to Hogwarts, where he gets into even more trouble. First in the Boneless Trilogy.

When the story begins, "The Red Knight" has just ended and Manfred Bloor decides to leave Bloor's after the deaths of his father and great-grandfather after the battle with the Shadow. Months pass without any word from Manfred. Charlie sets out to search for him and winds up at Hogwarts, where he is immediately sorted into Gryffindor and befriends Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger.

Jacquel Romanov is a different story; she had been held as a virtual prisoner at Hogwarts since her mother's death when she was just 2 years old. Albus Dumbledore, headmaster of Hogwarts, has forbidden anyone from going near her tower at all. But he couldn't stop 13-year-old Charlie from reaching the imprisoned 15-year-old girl. And to make matters worse, Manfred had been hired to keep the Hogwarts students away from her.

Unfortunately, Charlie is far from his friends and he is coerced to teaming up with Manfred to get Jacquel out of Hogwarts and back to Bloor's. And with a headmaster who is even crueler than Dr. Bloor and Ezekiel combined and a boy hero who refuses to do anything, not to mention a Dark Lord who wants to conquer the wizarding world, can Charlie free his new friend and perhaps save an ungrateful school?

Charlie Bone VS Twilight part II: Charlie in Twilight

Charlie Bone frowned as he packed his bags; he did not want to stay in London a second longer. His mother, Amy, had gotten married to a man named Hark Noble, and to give her some space, he was moving to Freadwardbobertmc'hammerhimesmitpolis to stay with his father, Lyell.

"Charlie, are you sure you don't want to stay here?" Amy asked him.

"No mom," said Charlie. "I need to be with dad. And besides, you got a new husband, why do you need me for?"

And with that, Charlie boarded the train and left London.

Lyell Bone was waiting for him at the Freadwardbobertmc'hammerhimesmitpolis train station. It had been nearly 14 years since his now former wife Amy Jones took Charlie and her mother and skipped town, saying she wanted nothing to do with his odd family. Griselda, Lyell's mother, was very upset at the prospect of never seeing her grandson, and she pushed a man named Jason Ruderford to marry her youngest sister, Venetia Yewbeam. His family lived at the edge of town.

Charlie laughed as he jumped off the train and went to his father. "I see you made it," said Lyell as he hugged his son. "How's Amy and Maisie?"

"Mom got a new husband and Maisie's being her usual self," said Charlie.

"I see," Lyell said as he and Charlie got into his truck and drove home.

Well, you think after surviving the "Old Traditional Story" that Charlie Bone and his friends would simply just enjoy living in Bloor's. But somehow, after a huge event, Charlie has decided that this is the last straw and he takes off with the other good endowed. And when the good endowed disappear, then bad things happen.

And also, some new students enroll and they cause trouble for everyone in Bloor's.

So Manfred Bloor must convince Charlie to come back to Bloor's. But with his bad-boyness, will Charlie listen to him? Or will he say no to Bloor's and stay where he is?

Or we'll have a short synopsis: A few months after "Old Traditional Story", Charlie is still trying to find his missing father, Lyell. He thinks he may have found him when rumors of a mysterious man being spotted lurking around Bloor's. Lyell was last spotted at midnight 10 years earlier.

He claims that the Bloors tried to destroy his family and gets into a fight with Dr. Bloor and Ezekiel. He then leaves the school. Emma, Olivia, Gabriel, Fidelio, Lysander, and Tancred go with him. Billy Raven also goes with Charlie as well.

They wind up back at Hogwarts and things have changed, but the changes are NOT good. Harry Potter has become quite arrogant and has taken over the school. Jacquel is found locked in the astronomy tower after defying Harry's orders regarding Snape. Charlie and the others rescue her and reunite with the Twilight gang.

Harry finds out about Jacquel's rescue and chases after the Children of the Red King. They are taken to Camp Half-Blood, where they befriend Percy Jackson and Chiron protects them. And Manfred is still looking for Charlie and trying to apologize to him for his behavior.

And the Children of the Red King must fight Harry Potter. But somebody in the group could die in the process...

In a while, I'll kick off this story. Watch for it!

Charlie Bone & the Return of the Boa

The Blue Boa returns seeking Charlie's help.

Charlie Bone is now 14 years old and still at Bloor's. Having rescued his father Lyell from the Bloor family 2 years before, Charlie still considers himself to be quite...lucky.

But things have gotten worse in the war between the endowed and the Shadow, which began in Charlie Bone & the Hidden King. People distrust one another, bad things happen, and Charlie isn't so sure if he can trust any of his friends. And to make matters worse, the Blue Boa begs him to hide him from the Shadow, who could use him to do very bad things.

The antics of Manfred Bloor, Olivia Vertigo, Asa Pike, Dagbert Endless, Billy Raven, and the Evans siblings are nothing more than icing on the cake as Charlie tries to remain neutral in this devastating war...

Movie Characters discuss The Children of the Red King/Charlie Bone Series

OK, here's Jacquel Spartan, Karema Smittand, and Derrick Virgil and they're here to talk about your favorite books!

And this week, they're discussing...the Children of the Red King/Charlie Bone Series.

Jacquel Spartan: When I first heard of Charlie Bone, I thought it was just another Harry Potter rip off. Not until I actually started reading the books that I realized that Charlie was nothing like Harry at all. First off, the books aren't repetitive, which is a good thing. Next, Charlie fights a manipulative headmaster instead of bowing to his demands. And lastly, Charlie not only relies on himself, but his friends are also in on the plot, and none of them are anything like Ron and Hermione. I give this book 2 thumbs up for its fresh and original wit.

Well, Jacquel certainly DOES know what she's talking about! Now we shall hear from Karema, the almost-pagan pacifist with a review that'll blow you away...

Karema Smittand: Well, I'm with Jacquel on this one. Charlie Bone is not as good as Twilight, but it's much better than Harry Potter. I do hope they make this into a movie so that everyone will enjoy it and it'll knock Harry Potter off the list of best-sellers.

Now that we have heard from a pagan and her opinion about the books, we go to a Christian for his take on the Children of the Red King/Charlie Bone Series.

Derrick Virgil: What can I say about the books? I'm not sure, as I've never read the books; in fact, I make it a point to read only Christian novels and not fantasy, as fantasy is not of God. But judging from what Jacquel and Karema are saying about the books, if they love it, then it must be a good book.

Now that you have heard the honest opinions of the Movie Characters on the Children of the Red King/Charlie Bone Series, we can honestly say that this is a book that needs to be more popular than Harry Potter, which sells disappointment and failure. Let it be known that on this day, I started a blog called Life at Bloor's for one reason: I needed to have a blog where I can write anything Charlie Bone related since Charlie Bone is a poor second cousin to the much popular ~~Harry Potter~~.

And since that day, I have expanded the blog to not only crossover with Harry Potter, but cross over into other fandoms as well as toss out Charlie Bone fanfiction.

Unfortunately, August has become the month where it's ok to call out sports atheltes, authors, and politicians on their bull.

Or not, according to baseball player Alexis Silver, who discovered that someone had posted a YouTube video of him with a suspicious-looking object on August 26. The Kansas City Biscachas player claims the object was an old toy robot that he had brought at a garage sale last year.

13-year-olds Joshua Tilpin and Benjamin Brown were found to be the culprits and their video camreas were confiscated and turned to the police for evidence. Neither boys were reached in time for comment.

It seems as if our public servants canNOT catch a break.

After two girls mocked a politician and dirty jokes were made about Minister of Domestic Affairs Wilburn Crane, Gerry Curtis (Minister of Minority Affairs) was insulted by 12-year old Emma Tolly and 13-year-old Inez Branko because of his failure to rescue 21-year-old Danielle Street, who was an African-American visiting from Jackson, Mississippi, from her kidnapper Willie Hemphill, who is a British citizen.

The fact that Mr. Curtis believed the testimony of Mr. Hemphill over that of Ms. Street angered the two girls, not to mention scores of other citizens as well. Ms. Street's family plans to sue Mr. Hemphill for damages relating to their daughter's death.

Freadwardbobertmc'hammerhimesmitpolis cops were called in this morning to investigate a site called www.HackMovies.com in which users were allowed to download videos for free. The site was responsible for the dreaded computer virus Gutsy, which wiped out the customized computer settings for thousands of users, especially those who have downloaded the movies from the site.

Among the victims were Meng Bloor and Manfred Bloor, who have downloaded many movies such as Mission Gamma, Dark Filth, Dragon Whisperers, Sensation Hospital, and The Omega Kid, which flopped in theaters in the 1990's but have since became cult hits. The above named people also gave lists of the movies they downloaded and the names of those they knew who were on that site.

Gus Beaker and Jerry Gamble, the owners of www.HackMovies.com, were arrested later that morning for building a site to downloading videos and for the viruses that infected over 23,000 computers. Neither man had any comment.

And yet another author is mocked for their work.

Herald of the Magic City, the latest novel written by Buck Eliseo, has been getting some reviews for its mockery of today's fantasy stories. But there are those out there who do not like his writing style or the characters and events placed in his stories.

Inez Branko has had a chance to read the book, but her review was a disappointment. As she puts it, "This book is pathetic. The hero is stupid, the leading lady is weak, the sidekick doesn't know how to do anything, and the plot is useless. This Buck person needs to learn how to actually write a story."

Naren Bloor was of the same mind, adding, "And the writer cannot even tell a story correctly. It's all over the place. I simply could not keep up with the story at all. And his choice of characters is terrible."

Mr. Eliseo had no comment.

This morning, Etta Eason (owner of the Sweet Candy Shop) was astonished to find that her candy store was raided in the middle of the night, with candy wrappers being left all over the place. Among the candies taken were Carob Megaberries, Chocolate Fudge, Dynabananas, Dynawacky Bombs, Fudge Petals, Hot Fudge, Sour Popcorn, Swiss Sugared Truffles, Taffy Crackoboomers, and Violet Fruttistrawberries.

At first it appeared to be the work of two sweet-toothed robbers, but somehow 12-year-old Emma Tolly and 13-year-old Dagbert Endless confessed to the crime, with Emma claiming that her aunt Julia Ingledew (owner of Ingledew's Bookstore) was tired of seeing children in the candy shop instead of the bookstore and claiming that Ms. Eason was conspiring to make children eat candy and not read books.

Ms. Eason had no comment.

The YouTube craze has continued to lurk in the city of Freadwardbobertmc'hammerhimesmitpolis, because there are rumors of Gabriel Silk and Florence de Grey creating YouTube videos recently.

Gabriel Silk's video was about the importance of reading books other than Harry Potter. Gabriel says, "I've seen millions of videos that say that Harry Potter was the best thing that happened to children's literature, but I've yet to see a video about someone eventually getting over Harry Potter and realizing that it's not even an very good book at all."

As for Florence de Grey, her video, which mocks reality TV star Josh Babcock, has gotten some fans of his riled up, and some have asked her to take down the video. Mrs. de Grey remains unrepentant.

Who else will creating YouTube videos? We'll just have to wait and see.

These days, it seems that actors can't get any respect for themselves anymore.

Take Tyler Clement, (who starred in the 2008 flop Queen Love, in which he played the part of The Forbidden Thaumaturge) whose decision to guest star in the reality TV drama Red Dream (which stars Julianne Alford and Arthur Watt) apparently did not sit too well with 13-year-old Henry Yewbeam and 10-year-old Billy Raven. Billy goes on to say that "I wish that he could stick to making movies instead of crappy reality shows."

It's already bad enough that the musical film "Famine 1960" flopped in theaters, but strong words are being said against the leading star, actress Sara Osborn.

20-year-old Manfred Bloor said of Ms. Osborn, "She's pathetic. She can't act, she can't dance, she can't sing. I couldn't even look at her without retching. She's not even attractive to begin with. And how and why they call her a star is beyond me."

14-year-old Lysander Sage seconds Manfred by saying, "I wish she would learn how to really be an actress. To me, she comes off as being another useless reality TV actress."

Meanwhile, Eugenia Meyers, who directed the film, says that Sara is a wonderful actress and she looks forward to working her in the future. Ms. Osborn had no comment.

It seems that authors today can't get any respect for themselves, or their books.

Olivia Azure Mint, the author of The Rose De Meaux Titanium Solar System, Cerulean Klosterkaese & Pork Roast, and From Jordan to Alaska: Jolene's Adoption Story, has been called pathetic, stupid, and terrible by the Literary Times, which claims that her stories are depraved, badly written, and too stupid for people to understand.

Manfred Bloor claims that these and other books Ms. Mint has written are too full of mistakes and that she should go back to school and actually learn to write.

Bindi Loom also claims that the books were so terrible that Ms. Mint should just throw away her computer and get a real job.

The YouTube video-making craze has apparently swept the city of Freadwardbobertmc'hammerhimesmitpolis, because there are rumors of Mrs. Marlowe and Joshua Tilpin appearing in YouTube videos recently.

Mrs. Marlowe lent her voice to a silly cartoon series, which is described as a cross between "Alvin & the Chipmunks" and "Sherlock Holmes". Her character's identity has yet to be revealed, but the video looks promising.

As for Joshua Tilpin, his video appears to mock the "~~Harry Potter~~ & ~~the Deathly Hallows~~" trailer, saying that it wasn't what he had expected. He claims that his video will top the trailer.

Will more people be creating YouTube videos? Only time will tell.

Two reality shows got a popular boost last night, in the forms of Beth Strong and Lord Grimwald, who were guest stars.

First off, Beth was on the popular kids' show "Schoolyard Survivor" as a guest judge. She says that the show "has been going downhill since the nerd Jerald Potts was voted off last week". She hopes that the popular cheerleader Hattie Rose Williams will be given the boot when the next episode is aired on August 20.

Lord Grimwald was spotted in the audience on Tuesday night's "Freadwardbobertmc'hammerhimesmitpolis Idol". He says that his money's on Nolan London, a teenager from Cambride, to win, but dark horse Mary Collier has been pushing her way up the charts. We'll see who goes home when the show next airs on August 24, 2010.

In a quick twist, 14-year old Edgar de Roussillon and 13-year-old Olivia Vertigo were seen on the beach last weekend, which sent rumors that they were dating through the roof.

Unfortunately for us, Olivia has contacted us to say that she and Edgar are "just friends". Olivia has also been linked to Charlie Bone, who is a student at Bloor's Academy. But Olivia insists that she and Charlie are also friends.

"Straight Angle Reducio & Echidna Worldbeat", the latest novel written by Mercedes Forest Green, has been getting some rave reviews for its fresh and original wit. But there are those out there who do not agree with her writing style or the characters and events placed in her stories.

One such person is 14-year-old Oliver "Ollie" Sparks, who says, "This novel is a disappointment. There's no plot, too many characters, and the whole thing plays out like a bad Harry Potter story."

Mrs. Katya Kettle was of the same mind, adding, "And the writer cannot even tell a story correctly. It's all over the place. I silmply cannot keep up with the characters at all. And her choice of characters is terrible."

Well, it seems that the Minister of Foreign Affairs Jay Brennan cannot catch a break these days.

Today, a blog post has surfaced, which mocks him and his personal life, from his sister Kelly's decision not to marry to his own choice to support the release of American Catherine "Kitty" Lilly, who had been accused of kidnapping a 13-year-old runaway named Jacquelyn Annabelle Hewitt (from Salem, Massassachusetts) and 6-year-old Ella Georgia Jennings (from Oceanside, Oregon) and eventually bringing both girls to Britain.

7-year-old Miranda Shellhorn and 13-year-old Olivia Vertigo say that "this guy is such a pushover, I'm amazed that he can even get stuff done. His wife is a fat cow and his children are troublemakers, not to mention that his sister is spoiled and greedy and his brother is a failure at everything he does. Shame on their parents."

Today, the popular website dedicated to the 1987 cult movie "Wonder Circus", which starred former child stars Geoffrey Prater and Caroline Orozco, was hacked into and the link www.wondercircus1987.com instead led viewers to a anti Harry Potter website called www.ihateharrypotter.com.

After careful investigation, authorities were led to 14-year old Edgar de Roussillon and 7-year-old Eric Shellhorn. Both boys admitted to the hacking, claiming that "they are tired of the numerous pro Harry Potter websites and the Harry Potter hype", plus the fact that the movie "Wonder Circus" was referred to as the "Harry Potter story of the 1980's" on a Harry Potter related website.

Plus, they were angered with the closing of several anti-Harry Potter websites earlier this year, among them the popular website www.harrypotteriscrap.com, after a person complained that the bashing the boy wizard hurts millions of children everywhere.

The boys will not be charged in this crime, but Marjorie Grant and Kenny Summers (owners of the hacked website) say that they want to sue the people who shut down the anti Harry Potter websites, of which Kenny is a member.

God help us all if we can't hate something that is popular peacefully!

Today, famed soccer player Jackson Martinez, who plays for the Fullerton Stars, has discovered that someone has been spying on him when he found a video camera in his living room. The camera has been traced to two women, Idith Branko and Maisie Jones, who had been charged to spy on him to make sure that he isn't misbehaving when he is off the soccer field.

Patty Hagen, manager for the Stars, says, "This kind of stuff must stop immediately! Our players have been nothing but prime examples and none of them have so much as smoked a cigarette. The stereotype that all athletes smoke, take drugs, and have illicit relations with women has got to stop! I will not stand for this and I will sue whoever has been spying on my players."

When contacted, Maisie replied, "Unfortunately, news about too many athletes misbehaving have prompted the Athlete Protection Agency to do some intense spying/crackdowns. I tell that woman to think about what she is doing."

It seems that K. K. Tidwell's debut fantasy novel "The Spirit Children" is not very popular with some people.

Her novel, which concerns a young boy's adventures in a world plagued by spirits (both benign and maleficent) has had some harsh reviews in recent weeks, mostly about the fact that it claims that all adults are evil and want to hurt orphan children. The young hero, Raven Wolf, is an orphan himself who goes up against some adults who were responsible for the murder of several royal children during an uprising many years earlier.

Christopher Crowquill has had a chance to read the book, but he was disappointed to see how bad the writing was and the poor content that is placed in the book. As he puts it, "This book is a disappointment. The hero is dumb, the leading lady is pathetic, the sidekick sucks, and the plot is useless. Spirits? Evil adults? Fantasy worlds? This K. K. Tidwell person just cannot write at all."

He is not alone, for 15-year-old Dorcas Loom also had her say about the book: "It sounds like a Harry Potter book, albeit it is worse that Harry Potter. I couldn't even get through the first five pages without grumbling. And don't even get me started on the characters. In fact, I'd rather read "Twilight" than this boring piece of crap."

We do not know how many other people out there are claiming disappointment with the book. K. K. Tidwell had no comment.
