One day, a little boy who was seemingly doomed with...or blessed with...the ability to hear people's voices in pictures and paintings found out about his peculiar talent.
His evil grandma and aunts ship him off to a bleak boarding school, where he meets a group of people who are similarly talented with various powers and they expose a kidnapping, much to the headmaster's chagrin.
